Pensacola Beach 7:50am: Surf is small, knee high and gradually dropping. Offshore flow will keep it down for a couple of days. Keep an eye on the wave models for more spring surf to come.

Pensacola Beach 8:00am: Surf is small around knee high today. Might be rideable for some longboards but I am not sure how long it will last as the models show it going back to flat again soon. Get out there if you can.

Pensacola Beach 7:30am: Surf is still in the knee high range with some larger sets. I expect it to drop a little and then maybe be back up to around knee high again throughout the weekend. Looks like tomorrow is really going to be a good day on the east coast of Florida. The surf effects of Hurricane Bill will really be on them by tomorrow.

Pensacola Beach High Noon Update: Surf is up in the knee high range and might be building. I got a report that it was much larger and real clean in the Destin area last night and this morning. Get out there on the longboards!
